I am not disputing the transaction with my credit card provider and warning anyone to be careful of these guys! Please don't get bitten like I did. They ignored all of that and simply told me I'd agreed to the renewal as part of the sign up. I immediately emailed them and requested:ī) Refund for the 9 months of the prior year (where I could not use the software) At the start of this year, they stung me over $150AU for the renewal. I triple checked to ensure no user error. I am a former Information Security Specialist and use a password manager.
Worst of all - After the first few months, the product REFUSED my login. The keyboard shortcut support is bad, it's quite slow (even on a powerful device) and the registration process is not convenient. I would never purchase it again and STRONGLY warn you beware of the EXTRA EXPENSIVE AUTO-RENEWAL which they will try to force you to keep even if you request cancellation within days.Ĭons: I purchased this product for multiple devices with the extras (OCR etc).
Pros: Whilst the overall experience was rotten, this software allowed me to edit/combine the important PDF I needed at the time.
